When do we want you to come visit us?

Not so much in summer when less work needs doing. The sheep don’t give any milk, the cheese is made, the gardens are largely harvested, you can't cut wood - and it's hot.

We need help when the ground around the olive trees has to be cleared in early fall, for picking them in late fall, in early winter, when milking starts, all through winter and in early spring for wood-cutting, for spring gardening preparing the soil and planting. So, preferably come to live and work with us from September onward until June.
