2020 is the year of the new cheese laboratory shining in splendor completely renovated. For 37 years our cheese production was geared to our own consumption. However, if we want to attract new members, we need one or more branches of production on the premises that feed the persons who work there. We made a start with the cheese factory. Sheep farming is a lot of work. Together with Marcello and Sabine, our two shepherd-cheesemakers, another person could share their work and develop sales further.
